Air Fryer Salmon
Ingredients:
4 6 oz. salmon fillets
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. light olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 lemon, sliced into 4 rings

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine: parsley, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
2. Generously spread the marinade over the top and sides of the salmon then top each piece with a slice of lemon.​
3. Place foil in wire basket of air fryer then put salmon pieces in. Air fry at 450 for 6-7 minutes or until cooked through
