Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

1 can Pillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits

1 lb. ground sausage, cooked and crumbled

2 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded

6-7 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

salt & pepper, to taste

1 packet Sausage Flavor Country Gravy mix

2 cups water

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray.

3. Cut each Pillsbury Biscuit into 8 pieces and line bottom of casserole dish with the biscuit pieces.

4. Sprinkle cooked ground sausage evenly over biscuits.

5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over sausage.

6. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs with milk and season with salt and pepper; pour egg mixture over cheese layer.

7. In a medium bowl, combine packet of gravy mix with 2 cups of water and whisk until combined; pour over egg mixture layer.

8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50-55 minutes. Slice and serve.
