Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 1/2 cups sour cream

1 can Rotel tomatoes

1 1/2-2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

tortilla chips

1 can black beans

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Crush tortilla chips (enough to line bottom of 9x13 baking dish).

3. Mix together chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Rotel tomatoes, cheese, crushed tortilla chips, and black beans.

4. Pour mix into 9x13 baking dish and back for 30 minutes.
