Fried Rice

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked white rice

3 tsp sesame oil

2 eggs

1 cup frozen carrots, green beans, corn, and peas veggie mix

3 tbs. soy sauce

1/2 tsp. ground mustard

1 tsp. minced garlic

2 tsp. molasses

Directions:

1. Whisk together soy sauce, ground mustard, garlic, and molasses and set aside.

2. Place pan on medium heat and add 1 tsp of sesame oil.

3. Crack eggs into pan and scramble.

4. Once eggs are scrambled add another tsp. of sesame oil to pan and add 1 cup of frozen veggie mix and stir occasionally till fully cooked.

5. Spread rice around in pan and add soy sauce mixture. Stir till combined and cook for 3-4 minutes
