Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:

1 lb. chicken tenderloins

1 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp. butter, divided

1/2 packet taco seasoning

1 clove garlic, minced

taco sized tortillas

lettuce

1 tomato, diced

1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese

Directions:

1. Add olive oil and melt 1 tbsp. of butter to a large skillet over medium heat. 

2. Add chicken tenders and season with taco seasoning. 

3. Cook for 3 minutes on each side (season each side as you cook).

4. Make room for the garlic, melt the remaining butter, and add the garlic. Cook for 30 seconds while spooning the garlic and butter mixture over the chicken. Set chicken aside on a plate and vent with tinfoil.

5. Chop or shred chicken and prepare your tacos with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and any other desired toppings.
