Goulash

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef

1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic

1 1/2 cups water

1 15 oz. can tomato sauce

1 15 oz. can petite diced tomatoes

2 bay leaves

1 1/2 tbs. soy sauce

1/2 tbs. seasoned salt

1 tbs. Italian seasoning

1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Sauté ground beef in skillet over medium heat until cooked. Drain.

2.  Add ground beef back into skillet and add garlic. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes.

3. Add water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, soy sauce, and seasoned salt. Stir well. Cover and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes.

4. Add the uncooked elbow macaroni to the skillet, stir well, return the lid and simmer on medium-low heat for about 25-30 minutes. Turn off heat, remove bay leaves, and add 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese right before serving.
