Ham & Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients:

Pastry for 9-inch pie

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tbs. all-purpose flour

1/2 cup diced cooked ham

1 cup chopped broccoli

4 eggs, beaten

2 cups half-and-half

1/2 tsp. dry mustard

1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:

1. Prick bottom and sides of pastry with fork. Bake at 400F for 3 minutes; remove from oven, and gently prick with fork again. Bake an additional 5 minutes.

2. Preheat oven to 325F.

3. Combine cheese and flour; sprinkle evenly into pastry shell. Top with ham and broccoli. Set aside

4. Combine eggs, half-and-half, dry mustard, and salt, stirring well. Pour mixture into pastry shell.

5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set. Serve.
