Italian Sliders

Ingredients:

tray of 12 buns (I like Hawaiian rolls)

6-8 ham slices

salami slices, enough for each roll

pepperoni slices, enough for each roll

6-8 provolone slices

mayonnaise (enough to cover both sides of buns)

Dijon mustard (enough to cover one side of buns

1/4 cup butter

1 tbs. minced garlic

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Cut the tray of buns horizontally.

3. Place bottom buns (still attached) into baking pan.

4. Spread both half of buns with mayonnaise and one half with Dijon mustard.

5. Layer the pieces of ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese on top of the bottom half of buns.

6. Place top half of buns on top. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush on top of the buns.

7. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes or until cheese has melted and tops of buns are browned.

8. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes, cut and serve.
