Million Dollar Spaghetti

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef

1 24 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

8 oz. cream cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

8 oz. ricotta cheese

1/4 cup butter, sliced

1 pkg. spaghetti noodles (16 oz.)

1 1/2 -2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and ricotta cheese until well blended.

3. Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly. Drain grease when done. Transfer to bowl and combine cooked ground beef with spaghetti sauce.

Assembly:

1. Place half of the slices of butter into a 9x13 baking dish, then lay in half your spaghetti noodles to cover the bottom.

2. Take your cream cheese mixture and pour on top of the noodles. Spread well. 

3. Pour the rest of the noodles on top of the cream cheese mixture. Put the rest of the butter slices on top of the noodles

4. Pour spaghetti and meat sauce mixture on the top.

5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, spread the shredded cheese on top and return to the oven for 15 minutes to allow cheese to melt. Enjoy!
