Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients:

1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets​

2 tbsp. olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

kosher or sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 

2. Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Spread them out and roast for 20 minutes or until edges are crispy and stems are tender.
