Greek Yogurt Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

3/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. 

2. Add in the Greek yogurt and stir with a rubber spatula or spoon until combined, there will be some small crumbles.

3. Lightly dust flour on a work surface and remove dough from bowl, knead the dough a few times until dough is tacky, but not sticky, about 15 turns (it should not leave dough on your hand when you pull away).

4. Flour the surface again and roll out dough into a thin circle using a rolling pin with flour on it (to prevent from sticking) or your hands.

5. Preheat oven to 475F. 

6. Transfer dough to a baking sheet that has been sprayed with olive oil before topping the dough with sauce and desired toppings.

7. Bake on the bottom rack for 12-18 minutes.
